If a special advisor to the President is a troofer, is it newsworthy? (Bonus hilarity – if you go to the urban dictionary to find out what a troofer is – be sure to read the second definition – obviously written by a troofer).
Not, apparently, if the President being advised is Obama.
It’s funny to watch Charles Johnson of Little Green Footballs spin this. In the past, he’s had nothing but contempt for Troofers, Birthers, creationists, whatever. But now that a batshit crazy communist that “advises” Obama has been revealed to be a troofer – why, there’s a logical explanation. Johnson, of course, has always been a faux conservative anyways. It’s just that he’s now morphed into one more Obama sycophant – doing whatever is necessary to shore up the Obama administration. He prides himself on his intellectual rigor (which he usually demonstrates by banning anyone who disagrees with him from his comments section) – one wonders how he reconciles his current behavior with his past denunciations of trooferism. Hey, Van Jones says he’s not a troofer? Well, that should be good enough to quell the rumors, right?
Ace also notices them, um, change in position regarding alleged troofers. No word yet on whether Charles has contacted Mary Mapes or Dan rather for PR assistance.
See, here’s the deal – it doesn’t matter what Van Jones “thought” he was signing. Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt, and that he was merely calling for “investigations” into what really happened on 9/11. This, by definition means that he doubts the official version of events, and openly considers the possibility that the US government attacked and murdered its own people to start a war. A US government that he is now a part of. How can you possibly see this as acceptable – he should be gone, now.
